Our kids stethoscope is a real working stethoscope and will last for years.
When you want more than just a childs toy get your child a fun educational toy for kids. With our working stethoscope students will hear their own heart beat!
As an educational science toy little doctors and nurses and promising vet's will have fun experimenting with health issues such as heart beats and listening to the sounds of our lungs. They will certainly begin giggling when they hear their stomach gurgling.
Now children can hear the lub-dubs of their heartbeats and the gurgles in their stomachs. This sturdy working stethoscope brings a science lesson or lab to life as students listen to their heart, lungs, and other organs in action! It's the real thing-not a toy-and provides an exciting view into the workings of the human body. Designed to last for years. This is a wonderful educational science toy.
This kids stethoscope is for boys and girls ages 5 and up.
This Kids Stethoscope comes in green color.
Single Head Stethoscope. Lightweight and Provides Excellent Sound Transmission
This is real stethescope where a child can hear the real heartbeats. Any older child would enjoy this instead of the plastic one.
A great way to prepare children for doctor visits.
Chrome-plated with white polyethylene eartips with flexible, plastic tubing. 24" long (tubing can be cut to adjust the length).
A calming activity because children must be very still and quiet to hear their hearts beat.

Great for dr reluctant kidsApr 17, 2011
My son was crying and screaming every time he had to go to the dr. Not good when he was getting a series of ear infections. He'd be fine until they got out the stethescope. Tried to get him used to it using his Fisher-Price one, but it wasn't "real" enough for him to buy into it. With this one he became Dr. E and would take it to appointments with him. Most nurses/drs in our office usually see it and ask him to listen to their hearts first. Works like a charm. Does he still fuss and cry sometimes? Sure, but this helps him feel like he's part of the process.
I do wish that the ear pieces were harder to get off, but otherwise, it's perfect.

Great for kidsMar 05, 2013
After looking for a medical kit for my children (ages 3 1/2 and 2) and reading reviews on many of them, I realized that I needed to buy separate stethoscopes for them as those in the kits either didn't work well or were battery-operated. I wanted them to be able to hear my heartbeat and listen to my breathing just like the doctor does during their checkups. I found this stethoscope and bought 2 and they both love them. Right away they put them in their ears and wanted to listen to our heartbeats and have us take deep breaths. I used it myself to listen to their heartbeats and breathing and you can hear very well. They are exactly what I was looking for and my kids are really enjoying them.

Okay for toddlersNov 16, 2010

While not the greatest quality, I bought this for my 3 year old and she has thoroughly enjoyed it. If you press the end directly over a heart, you can actually hear the lum-dub. If you wanted something easier to use, you might go with a more expensive kind, but it is perfect for a child who is just playing.

Realistic, but ear things are tight.Mar 02, 2012

Bought for my grandaughter, and it's realistic looking, good for imaginary play, but the ear pieces are so tight they hurt both of us.
I had my husband try to fix them to loosen them up a bit, without breaking them and it's ok. You can just barely hear the heartbeat, you must put it on your carotid artery on the neck to get a sound.
Otherwise, it's kind of cute just for make believe. The ones you get in a little kid's plastic set are not very realistic.

Very good stethoscope for the budding "doctor". Bought for a 3 year old. Probably should have waited a couple of years.
